About us

Humana Norra Vram is part of Humana, a leading player in care and support services. Here we offer accommodation for adults with somatic and/or mental disabilities. Our unit, located in Norra Vram, has five departments. The different departments focus on short-term care for somatic issues, short-term psychiatric care, special accommodation for somatic issues, dementia, and psychiatry.

Our clients are 18 years and older, and we work to provide them with support and assistance that truly makes a difference.

With us, we work in close collaboration between different professions. Our team consists of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, and chefs.

About the position

As a care staff member with us, you will have a varied job where you will plan and implement individual interventions based on the needs and goals outlined in our residents' implementation plans. You will document daily in our documentation system. Together with colleagues, you will distribute tasks and communicate with other health and medical personnel.

Examples of tasks:

• Motivational and supportive conversations

• Follow up on the residents' weekly planning and implementation plan

• Manage medication according to delegation

• Plan activities and transportation

• Social interaction

• Support with daily interventions and ADL (for example, care, meal support, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping)

Employment conditions:

We are currently looking for nursing assistants for employment with us in the summer of 2026.

The degree of employment is variable. Working hours are varied and may include day, evening, weekend, and night shifts.

Salary is according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements. Start date for the position is by agreement.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that confirm your right to work in Sweden. We will also require you to submit an extract from the Police Criminal Record.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, attentive, and flexible. You are a person who has the ability to handle stressful situations with security and stability. You are responsible and can independently structure your work, while also having good teamwork skills and enjoying being part of a team. You have a pedagogical insight into people's different circumstances and can adapt your way of communicating to their needs.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained nursing assistant, caregiver, or have equivalent knowledge and experience

• Have a B driver's license as the unit is located in a remote area and is not accessible by public transport.
